The hotel is nicely located out of the main 'touristy' areas but still near the city center. The rooms, while a bit small, are impeccably clean and modern. The staff was generally friendly, although there were some lapses in service quality. The dining experience offered a good selection, but there were minor issues with replenishing hot breakfast choices. The overall location is excellent, being close to the city center and Brussels Midi. The facilities were decent, but some areas needed better finishing touches after refurbishment.
